Notes:

  1. All files other than JPEG files should be zipped prior to uploading to reduce transfer times. (JPEGs may be zipped if you wish.)

  2. If the files are not meant to be in the same folder, use zip to ensure path names are preserved.

  3. The maximum individual file size is 100 MB. We recommend using smaller file sizes to avoid lengthy re-uploads if there is a problem during upload.

  4. The maximum number of files per upload is 100. If you need to upload more files, either fill in this form again with the additional files or zip subsets of files together.
